Custom business applications
When the spreadsheet hits its limit. Inventory, property management, client tracking: the tool fits your business, not the reverse.
There comes a point where the shared Excel file becomes the company's biggest risk: nobody knows which version is right, two people write at once, and one copy error costs a day. Custom software is only justified there — when the process is specific enough that no off-the-shelf tool covers it.
What's included
- Scoping led by someone who has run an SME and used these tools daily: we start from your working day, not a feature list.
- Migration of your existing data in whatever shape it's in — the spreadsheets you already use become the import template.
- Strict access isolation when several clients or teams share the tool, enforced server-side.
- Documents generated automatically: delivery notes, receipts, contracts, accounting exports, in the exact format you use.
- Automations that run themselves: low-stock alerts, appointment reminders, follow-ups, monthly reports.
- Automated tests on critical business rules, and a timestamped backup before every production release.

Frequently asked
Why not off-the-shelf software, which is cheaper?
If off-the-shelf software covers your need, take it — we'll say so. Custom pays off when per-seat subscriptions cost more than the build, when the tool forces you to change how you work, or when what you do simply doesn't exist on the market.
Is my data safe?
Data stays on a server in France. Access is partitioned per account and checked server-side, not merely hidden in the interface. An audit log records who did what. Backups are automatic and tested.
