The SPEIA workshop
Our tools don't come out of a no-code assembler or a demo made for social media. Engineers with hands-on practice since 2002 steer AI agents that write, audit and verify — in versioned, tested code, shipped by a procedure that checks itself.

Four rules, applied to every tool
What decides, validates and bills lives in readable, versioned code — never in a prompt, never in a black box nobody can review or test.
One versioned context file per project: where it runs, which database, which backup, what must never be done, the pitfalls already met and dated. An agent never works blind on a production application.
Audits run separately from the writing — up to having one agent cross-audit another. Every defect comes with a reproducible scenario, then gets verified by a real request, not by re-reading.
A backup before every go-live, the new version checked alongside the old one before replacing it, and an automatic return to the old one if any step fails.

SPEIA Planning
First commit in the morning; by the evening, lots 0 to 4 of the specification are live and verified: database-enforced isolation on 16 tables, e-mail, SMS and push notification pipeline, recurring assignments, audit log.
SPEIA Immo
Interface overhaul — admin, tenant and owner portals — shipped to production with a verified backup and a before/after comparison of all 59 tables: no data touched. 79 tests, 629 assertions green.
SPEIA Planning
Full audit — security, functional, UX — then six critical points fixed and verified by real requests the next day, with the visual overhaul deployed the same day.

Backup restore proven on all six databases, and all twelve applications in the fleet deployed through the same command.

Hosted on our OVHcloud server in France, partitioned per account and checked server-side, not merely hidden in the interface. An audit log records who did what.
