Our team

A team that listens, committed to your success

Software engineering and real-world understanding: our team combines both, to build solutions that hold up to a real working day, not just a demo.

One direct contact, from the first conversation to production.

No project manager relaying messages, no first-line support reading from a script, no salesperson promising what the technical team will have to deliver. You speak to someone who understands the project and can act on it, at every stage.

Nothing rests on one person

Nothing depends on one person: project knowledge is documented continuously, and any team member can pick up a file without losing time.

A double standard, technical and practical

A business tool rarely fails for technical reasons. It fails because nobody took the time to understand how the work actually gets done — and a pretty interface was built for a process that doesn't exist. Every project is challenged both by the code and by real-world use before it ships. That double scrutiny is what shows at delivery.

How we work

Three things we don't negotiate

01

No invented numbers

Every metric on this site is measured: file weight before and after, pages generated at build, tests passing. We removed testimonials and average ratings from a client's site because they weren't verifiable. We weren't about to invent some on our own.

02

Code is audited by other eyes

Whoever writes a program has the author's blind spot: they re-validate their own choices. On sensitive projects the audit is run separately, with a reproducible scenario required for every reported defect. That method surfaced fourteen real defects on a single project of ours, five of them severe.

03

Nothing ships without a way back

Timestamped backup before every release, previous version retained, reversible DNS switch. When we replaced a client's WordPress, the original 840 MB were archived intact, not deleted.

Method

How it works

Five stages, no surprises. You always know where the project stands and what's left.

  1. Scoping

A conversation, not a questionnaire. We look for the commercial result the project must produce — and tell you plainly whether the budget you have in mind matches it.

  2. Design

Structure, content and visual direction agreed before the first line of code. This is the stage where disagreements are cheapest.

  3. Build

Continuous development on a review preview address. You watch the project advance daily instead of waiting for a grand reveal.

  4. Audit and launch

Adversarial review — the code is audited by eyes that didn't write it — then a DNS switch with the certificate already issued and rollback available.

  5. Support

Hosting, fixes, changes and measurement. This is where most providers disappear; it's where our work really starts.

A project, a question, or just a doubt about your current site?

The first conversation costs nothing and mainly serves to find out whether we're the right people.
