How the form works
The form prepares a draft on your device. It does not send a message to our server. You choose to send it from your email app or WhatsApp. Phone and WhatsApp links open the corresponding services, whose privacy terms apply.
Audience measurement, with permission only
If you accept, we count page views and certain actions: contact clicks, calls, WhatsApp, email drafts and, when a delivery service is configured, accepted submissions. Counts are aggregated by day and page on our OVHcloud server. They contain no email address, name, form content, visitor identifier or IP address. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics or advertising networks. Counts do not identify unique visitors or confirm a sale.
Your choice and retention
Your accept/decline choice is kept in local browser storage for 180 days, solely to remember your preference. Aggregated counts are kept for up to 90 days and purged on the next collection. You can decline or withdraw at any time below without losing access to the site. Existing aggregates cannot be attributed to an individual.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by OVHcloud in France. Operational and security logs may include IP addresses, timestamps and requested URLs; they are separate from audience counts. Requests to the audience collection endpoint are excluded from this site’s Nginx access log. Technical logs follow the server’s configured rotation.
Your rights
Contact 06 98 40 48 69 to request access, correction or deletion of your exchanges with SPEIA. You may also complain to the French CNIL. Prospect enquiries should be deleted or reviewed within three years of the last contact; contractual and legal requirements may impose other retention periods.
