The problem
A non-profit fighting school dropout in Seine-Saint-Denis put its redesign out to competition: several providers, one budget, Monday deadline. The site had to explain a complex offer — orthopedagogy, sophrology, one-to-one support, workshops, training — to three different audiences (families, schools, funders) without losing any of them.

What we did
- 38 pages in French and English, structured as thematic hubs with detail pages per programme.
- Immersive mega-menu, hero carousel with filmstrip, reading progress bar, counter preloader: agency-grade finish on a non-profit budget.
- Three successive adversarial audits — two run by one model, one by another — fully implemented: compliant contrast, zero dead links, localised 404, 30-day image cache.
- Self-hosted fonts for GDPR compliance: no request to Google servers on load.
- Deliberately noindexed preview during the competition, with the production vhost already installed and tested for the DNS switch.
